this week.....

We got out, a lot. It was much better than last week, if you need a refresh go here.  After a chilly fall weekend the sun decided to shine again and warm up our north woods town. So, we played soccer, A LOT of soccer.

    He looks way to grown up in this photo(sigh). I also love how his hands look all claw like,  he means business. 

We spent a day in Canal Park after a surprise mid-week visit from Grandma Jean and Jenna.

We ate lunch at the brewhouse, and it was delicious.

Yesterday we spent the afternoon with friends, and since the day was warm and toasty we made an impromptu visit to Lester River, where the kids jumped from rocks,

and went in naked. Well, as naked as one can appropriately be at the age of four.

To top off the week some of us got a new do, but Max's was by far the coolest.

Then, we ran through the yard with balloons, and later watched them fly away.
