Hide n Seek!

Now I know everyone remembers this game. It typically involves one or more children taking off in attempt to find the very best hiding spot, while the one lonely kid stands with their eyes closed counting to 10, 15, 20 or 100. Whatever that special number may be. Well this game has become quite popular in our house although the rules have changed a bit. You see more often then not it's not the kids hiding but instead it's a number of household items, here's an example;

A)The most recent item was the remote control

B)The seekers were mom and dad

C)The one hiding this item would be the very precocious 1yr. old. The one we call Lila.

The search began late Sunday night when both kids were in bed. We're not exactly sure when this item went missing but it was somewhere between Saturday night and Sunday evening. The search was getting to be ridiculous! Usually we make a quick sweep under the couch cushions and there it is. But no, not this time. Take a look at where we finally found it.
Here's a closer look
You have to give the girl credit, she definitely thinks things through. And we now know to first check all of Lila's toys before wasting time going through all the more "obvious" spots. And prior to this we have found her tooth brush in a game box, random toys in baskets and the pantry, and my curlers in the toilet.
